We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our small family run team in the British Virgin Islands.  This will be mainly a non-diving role, which will require you to assist with all aspects of running a dive center.

You must be at least a Divemaster, and have at least one year experience in a similar role.

The perfect candidate will be:

-Hard working, well organized and reliable

-Accountable with great communication skills

-Some management experience

-Web and General IT skills

-Excellent salesperson

-Familiar with Quickbooks

-Fluent English speaker

-Responsible and willing to help drive the business forward

-Able to relocate to the British Virgin Islands at their own expense

-Willing to commit long term (1 year +)

Extra consideration will be given to applicants who are:

-OWSI or higher

-RYA level 2 powerboat or equivalent

-Professional web design/graphic design skills

-Experienced in boat/compressor maintenance

-Able to speak multiple languages
