Scubafish Zanzibar is a PADI dive centre located in Matemwe. This is the north-east of Zanzibar close to famous Mnemba Atoll that measures around 15 square kilometers. This conservation area is a magnet for divers and snorkelers who enjoy swimming in the turquoise waters which is famous for its healthy fish life. Here you can find the playful bottlenose dolphins, turtles, Spanish dancers, giant groupers, sharks, barracudas and other impressive marine life.

Scubafish Zanzibar is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Multi-Lingual manager or management couple. Preferable solid French and German speakers. We are located in Matemwe in the north-east of Zanzibar, this is a remote area and not known for parties, but a very good place to work and dive.

Your qualities as a manager/ dive instructor:

  • Team player, open-minded and interactive personality
  • Have  a friendly and positive attitude with all the guests
  • Maintain good grooming and must be well presented
  • Know how to service Scubapro regulators, BCD’s and tanks
  • Have some knowledge about engines
  • Have experience in teaching all PADI courses from DSD up to DM and leading dives
  • Have to be flexible, reliable, trustworthy and patient
  • Having a positive attitude and good in motivating and stimulating the staff
  • You should not have a 9.00-17.00 mentality
  • Stock control
  • Fluent in English, French and preferable in German or any other language
  • Have your own dive equipment
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Must have international driving license
  • Must be able to live in remote areas
