Multilingual PADI Instructor Dive Butler Finolhu Baa Atoll

We are looking to a recruit a multilingual experienced PADI OWSI or higher to join our team on Seaside Finolhu a 5 star property in amazing Baa Atoll.  Working closely as part of the dive and excursions team this is a full-time position with a minimum 1 year contract and excellent potential to grow and move up within a dynamic and exciting company.  Dive Butler offers some of the best working and salary conditions in the Maldives and Baa Atoll being a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve is a diving dream!  You will be expected to lead manta snorkeling excursions (in season) teach PADI courses and guide dives maintain the highest level of PADI standards and keep up to date with administrative duties.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a diving instructor in a dive centre or resort environment preferably in the Maldives

Preferably male to fit in with the accommodation situation

PADI OWSI or higher

No excessive tattoos (not visible in t shirt and shorts) or piercings

Excellent grooming standards

Team player can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our VIP clients

Fluent English plus at least one other language (preference given to German Italian French or Russian)

Previous dive centre management experience is a plus

PADI Nitrox teaching speciality

Scubapro Service Technician certificate or experience servicing Scubapro equipment
