Indonesian Dive instructor needed for social conservation project in Raja Ampat.

Papua Diving and RARCC working hand in hand together to assist the local population here in Raja Ampat. We are looking for an Indonesian Instructor who is willing to support this kind of Project and commit him-/her for 3 months to give the opportunity to the local Papuan to learn scuba diving and find their way into the dive industry. This is a repeating project which we do every couple of years and is comparable to “Zero to Hero” Program. As the school system here is not the same like in other areas it can be challenging but in the same time very rewarding. The most important for us is to give a complete save training (no cutting corner).

Job Description: Training future guide, finishing some of the current training & occasionally if needed guiding guest.
Instructor need to be a minimum PADI OWSI, ERFI & Nitrox instructor.
What we offer is a basic salary, accommodation and food, no additional hidden work, Saturday off day. Flight ticket will be reimbursed after 3 months completion.
