French-speaking PADI Diving Instructor for Lembongan, Bali

Two Fish Divers owns and operates three PADI 5 Star dive resorts in Indonesia – Bunaken Island and Lembeh Straits in North Sulawesi, and Nusa Lembongan in Bali.

We have an opening for a French-speaking instructor to join our dive team in our dive resort on Nusa Lembongan, Bali to start in March 2015. The contract is for 1 year and is re-newable.
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking instructor who will:
– be able to teach PADI courses in both french and english
– teach all levels of PADI courses – DSDs, open water, advanced, rescue, specialities
– help team-teach PADI Divemasters courses, therefore you need to be an experienced PADI instructor who has already taught a number of Divemaster courses
– be sales focus, as you will need to help the instructor team to sell courses to existing guests & walk-ins
– be willing to help with our involvement in the local conservation organization and our involvement in manta research
– contribute to our digital marketing by helping with blog and Facebook posts
We are a small dive center so team work is very important, therefore you must be able to show that you have worked at 1 dive center in South East Asia for at least 1 year.
You should also be able to show some experience of working in Indonesia where you have been involved in working with local Indonesian dive guides and boat crew.

Other criteria include:
– PADI MSDT or higher
– single person only, not part of a couple
– French-speaking with professional background, aged 25-35
– fluent in French and English (teach in both languages), knowledge of bahasia Indonesia is an advantage
– easy going and flexible, with lots of initiative and energy
– even though we are close to Bali, Nusa Lembongan is an remote island-environment, experience of teaching/living in these environments would be an advantage
