At least 5 years experience working in a dive center, with at least 2 year experience in a management position.
People who enjoy working in a busy, energetic dive center with lots of interaction.

People who are organized, clean, efficient and punctual. We run a very busy operation here which requires a high level of organization in order to run smoothly.
You must have a lot of energy as the days can be long here, and days off will depend entirely on how busy we are, which varies throughout the season.
Equipment maintenance skills are a plus but we can give training as needed.

You need to be able to work closely with an another manager. The dive center should never be without a manager inside and during the day one of you will be on the boat. You will share your time between shop and boat!
This is a great opportunity for the right person to advance their diving career in paradise!
