Who and what we are looking for:
You have to be an instructor, ideally at least with MSDT rating or above. However, we will also consider OWSI with experience.

At least 5 years experience working in a dive center, with at least 2 year experience in a management position.
People who enjoy working in a busy, energetic dive center with lots of interaction.
Ability to manage an international team of up to 15 staff members. By manage, we mean that while we expect you to delegate responsibilities as appropriate, we also expect you to lead by example.
Ability to motivate your team, provide performance feedback when necessary, hold meetings to make sure that concerns and issues are dealt with openly and as fairly as possible. Highest levels of professionalism always – at the dive center, on the dive boat, underwater.
Thorough knowledge of, respect and adherence to PADI and SSI standards.
Ability to prioritise the needs of the business along with a certain level of maturity. We want people who are serious about their work, but can also bring a fun and friendly attitude to our customers.
People who are organized, clean, efficient and punctual. We run a very busy operation here which requires a high level of organization in order to run smoothly.
You must have a lot of energy as the days can be long here, and days off will depend entirely on how busy we are, which varies throughout the season.
Equipment maintenance skills are a plus but we can give training as needed.
Please note, you will not be diving every day in this position. There will be days where you may be needed to guide or teach, but your primary role is management.
You need to be able to work closely with an another manager. The dive center should never be without a manager inside and during the day one of you will be on the boat. You will share your time between shop and boat!
This is a great opportunity for the right person to advance their diving career in paradise!
