About Bayplay Dive Resort 

We operate accommodation facilities and dive store with outdoor and kayak retail in addition to the dive operations.  We run a range of activities including sea kayaking, snorkel, bike riding and dive programs plus a range of marine education for schools.

We consider ourselves a highly professional organization with sound structure and high standards of diving education & customer service which is proven by our excellent track record. Bayplay is the State Tourism Award Winner for Adventure Tourism and has also won awards for innovation and environmental sustainability

About you…

You are an Australian resident and/or are not limited by visa restrictions.

You are an experienced Dive Instructor with a proven track record in management & sales. 

You are familiar with the PADI system of education at Instructor level and have an understanding of outdoor education with groups.

You have leadership experience in the industry.

You are of a professional nature at all times, representing not only our, but also representing yourself as part of the PADI professional system.

You are service oriented and believe in providing the best possible service to all customers…and yes…even the difficult ones!

You are willing to put in the extra effort and hours to meet the long-term goals of our business as well as working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

You are proficient with MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook applications.
