Customer Care Manager required for one of Indonesia’s Premier 5 star PADI IDC Centres

We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to join our friendly and professional team in our busy PADI 5 Star dive center in Sanur, Bali.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Native English speaker
Team player with amazing Customer Service – Dive Industry experience preferred
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word MS Excel, Email, & ideally Social media platforms for businesses, WordPress, MailChimp, photo editing etc.
Warm, friendly personality with a flexible attitude
PADI Instructor preferred but Divemasters are welcome to apply if meeting all other criteria
The main aspects of the position are as follows:
Meet and greet guests
Sales & Marketing
Quality control
Responding to email enquiries
Oversee and coordinate all internship programs and professional candidates
Organising and promoting special offers and events
Liaise with PADI for PADI promotions and quality / standards compliance
Writing newsletters, web content, social media content and Blogs
Developing marketing / advertising alongside the Sales Manager and Managing Director
Work 5.5 days per week
Please note that this is an office based role not a diving position however part of the job will be to join dive trips to monitor quality control and to gain content for social media.
