Cold Water Instructor for BC Dive Resort

Located in beautiful BC, Rockfish Divers, a 5 star dive resort in Victoria, is looking for a cold water instructor. Rockfish Divers offers charters, dive instruction & equipment sales & service. Candidate must have Drysuit experience.

You’ll teach at the University of Victoria, and a number of courses through Rockfish Divers (Bubblemaker through divemaster). We teach almost all courses from our boats, so you don’t have to teach from shore.

You should have a keen interest in marine biology and how the critters interact to create an ecosystem. Rockfish Divers prides itself in taking an interest in sustainable practices, underwater clean-ups and educating divers on marine systems.

If you do not have cold water experience, please do not apply. Safety is our top priority, all divers are trained in drysuits, our instructors need extensive experience using them.

Position is part time (~20 hrs wk), it will include some instructing and some retail sales.
