Chinese speaking Female Diving Instructor or Dive Master

Greetings PADI professionals.

Kihaad Dive Center at Kihaad Maldives is looking for a Chinese speaking diving instructor or Dive Master to work at their dive base in Baa Atoll to strengthen its team .
Successful candidate should be team player, hard worker, flexible and show excellent guest relations skills. Additional languages are a bonus!
The positions currently open, and for an immediate start, are for a PADI OWSI or higher with Nitrox rating, or Dive Master.

The close proximity to Hanifaru Bay ensures a high chance to encounter manta rays and whale sharks during the season (south west monsoon). In general the Diving in Baa Atoll is fantastic. Also we have the perfect conditions for teaching courses.

Successful applicants must be:
– Renewed PADI DM / OWSI or higher
– Renewed diving Insurance
– Female and single – couples need not apply.
– Able to speak Chinese ( Mandarin and preferably also Cantonese) and need to have a good level of spoken English.

– Able to work within a resort environment and follow grooming standards.

– Professional, friendly and helpful. An open & approachable personality is important to be successful in this role.

We offer :

– Basic salary, 10% commission on courses plus service charge.

– Accommodation on a twin share basis

– 3 meals a day at the staff restaurant.

– 1 day off every 6 days

– Use of Dive Center Equipment if needed .
– A return ticket following completion of the contract.

The contract will be for 12 months including 1 month of paid annual leave available upon completion of the first 12 months. The contract is subject to a three month probation period.
