Bonaire: Scuba Diving Instructor (couple) for long term position.

We are looking for a professional, experienced PADI instructor (couple) that is young at heart but has enough years under the belt to know what he/she/they want in life. We look for the kind of instructor (couple) that has the drive and energy to make ‘it’ somewhere, has the knowledge and skills to make ‘it’ happen and has the intention to stay doing ‘it’ for a long time.

Your overall work includes but is not limited to;

Teaching courses, introductory dives, guided dives from shore and boat, BNMP orientations and sales of our services, the maintenance of and the sales of scuba equipment and accessories, compressor operation and maintenance, boat operation and maintenance, organizing and promotion of activities, events and the scheduling/planning of the day to day activities and all that comes with that.  We expect you have the qualities and the skills to personally offer this and that you have the knowledge and skills to oversee, guide and inspire your colleagues during these activities. Growing in and with the company is certainly an option for the right person/couple.

Our future colleague must have/be:
# Dutch (or Bonairian) passport
# International driving license
# Boat handling skills
# Renewed and in teaching status
# First hand destination knowledge
# Multi lingual. Fluent English and basic Spanish and/or Portuguese are a must. German helps.
# No smoking, no (disturbing) piercings, no (disturbing) tattoos.
# Physically fit and a representative appearance.
