An elite, boutique dive center in the French West Indies is looking for a Boat Captain/Open Water Scuba Instructor. We offer:

Has a positive, can-do attitude.

Has impeccable dive skills and etiquette, is service-minded and adheres to PADI standards without exception.

Is responsible and accountable.

Is physically fit, as this is demanding work.

Is dedicated and hard working and willing to commit to the long term.

Takes pride in their work and has an unwavering passion for all things Scuba.

All applicants MUST:

Have a Boat Captain’s license (RYA Powerboat Level II or equivalent) and a proven track record of handling, driving and maintaining dive boats safely.

Be a PADI DiveMaster or higher in current teaching status.

Be able to provide proof of Insurance to a professional level (DAN Pro Gold or equivalent.)

Be able to relocate to St. Martin at their expense.

Have their own set of dive gear, including all standard accessories, in a functioning and immaculate condition.

Speak English either as a native language, or to the same standard as a native speaker.

Be professionally presented and well-mannered.

Extra credit will be given to candidates who:

Have the ability to teach in French and/or Spanish.
